How to book your Party, and what will happen on the day...

 

• All parties last for a duration of 2 hours.
• A party booking can be secured with a non-refundable £40.00 deposit. At this point you will be asked to complete a party booking form to establish the specific details of the party, this form needs to be returned at least 14 days prior to party date. If you make your party booking via telephone, a booking form will be completed for you.
• Upon receipt of your deposit monies you will be able to collect your party invitations from Anchors Away reception.
• Any balance of the party must be paid in full on the day of the event.
• For the duration of the Toddler Party, we recommend that the parent/carer supervision is a minimum of 1 adult per child. For the duration of all other parties, we recommend that the adult/carer supervision ratio is a minimum of 1 adult per 5 children.
• Anchors Away rules of play apply at all times. These can be found at Anchors Away reception, around the building and on the website.
• Anchors Away will be open to other members of the public unless you have chosen a Private Hire Party.
• You are required to call 48 hours prior to the party to confirm numbers.
• Party rates will be applied to any additional guests. In the event of fewer guests attending, you will be charged for the number of guests originally confirmed.
• On arrival you will be allocated a party host who will lead your party. Prior to the party commencing an entry list is to be presented to reception.
• You must supply your own birthday cake and candles and give this to the Anchors Away staff on arrival to the party.
• For an itinerary of your party, please refer to the relevant option within this leaflet. Parents/carers will have limited reserved seating in the party area for the duration of the party.
• During the party, PA announcements will be made to gather the children for each event.
• Party food is a hot and cold buffet, please refer to the party food section above for further information
• Your party host will bring out the cake after the food. The host will cut the cake and put the pieces in their party bags.
• All party children will be given a party bag and balloon.
• Children are not permitted to re-enter the play areas after the party buffet.
• Please consider the privacy of the other guests at Anchors Away when taking photographs and filming at your party
• All siblings not attending the party will be charged at full day rate without exception.
